Have you been dreaming of opening your own business, or struggling with a certain phase of entrepreneurial growth? During this session, we’ll explore any blocks or challenges you’ve been facing, as well as ways to release limiting beliefs and next steps to move forward. Session will include a 15 minute body-based healing.

During this session, we’ll explore the energetic roots of any minor to moderate health issues you may be experiencing and open up a space for healing these issues. I will use a variety of techniques to facilitate healing, plus share relevant practices for your soma and spirit.
